We’re seeking a passionate Social Media Temp (Part Time) to support and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook—while also exploring our potential on TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, understands the nuances of different platforms, and wants real-world experience with a global brand.

What you’ll be doing:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for posts, stories, reels, and community engagement
  • Explore TikTok as a platform for brand storytelling and propose a content strategy
  • Build and manage a social media content calendar that aligns with company priorities and campaigns
  • Create a streamlined process for internal teams to submit post requests and content ideas
  • Monitor platform trends and suggest timely, relevant content opportunities
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to help optimize content
  • Stay up to date with social media best practices, algorithm updates, and platform innovations

What we’re looking for:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of and interest in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design, tone, and trends
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
  • A self-starter with a collaborative spirit and curiosity for the vacation, retail, and lifestyle space
