The Luxury Planner is responsible for financial forecasting, purchasing, and overall inventory management across a global supply chain for categories specific to the luxury fleet. This role supports the curated strategy for the luxury guest by developing annual location‑level sales and stock plans, translating them into annual receipt plans by program/brand, and re‑forecasting throughout the year during the monthly Open‑to‑Buy process.
The Luxury Planner leads a team of 1–2 in effectively managing the supply chain through accurate sales forecasting, maintaining efficient DC and ship inventory levels, overseeing purchasing, and allocating products to ships. The role partners closely with the Buyer to achieve category sales, gross margin, inventory turnover/weeks of supply, and profitability targets—ensuring alignment on strategic vision, validating assortment plan efficiency, and coordinating on key projects and priorities.

Other: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and must work 30 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
