Instrumental liaison that supports the daily, weekly and monthly planning/scheduling of the shipboard workforce to achieve optimal results for the company, cruise line partners and employees. Administrative duties involve coordinating ship and itinerary workforce planning, executing embarkation, in transit and debarkation procedures, coordination of company event or cruise line specific programs. Other work involves working with staffing agencies, district managers and human resource business partners. Works under general supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Perform general ledger account analysis and preparation of journal entries to maintain accurate account balances. Respond to department head requests for accruals/reclasses and reviewing of monthly department financial statements.
