The Demand Planner position plays a key role in successfully attaining the company’s overall sales and profit goals through developing sales demand plans and stock plans at the item and voyage level. Ensures these plans maximize sales and stock productivity while maintaining a compelling merchandise presentation at the voyage level. Works in collaboration with the Planning and Merchant team as well as Cruise Line Retail to achieve financial objectives areas of responsibility.

The Merchant Coordinator, Itinerary/Destinations, is responsible for the total Merchandise operation in the office. This position supports all daily operations within the department which will ultimately affect company sales, gross margin, and weeks of supply objectives. The Merchant Assistant will work with vendors in developing solid relationships to effectively resolve various issues and will communicate with onboard personnel regarding merchant related requests.

This includes leading strategic carrier partnerships, overseeing freight procurement, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities across the transportation network.
The Planning Manager is responsible for the financial forecasting, purchasing, and overall inventory management across a global supply chain for a particular category or group of categories. Develops annual location sales and stock plans to then identify an annual receipt plan by program/brand which is re-forecasted throughout the year during the monthly Open-to-Buy process. The Planning Manager leads a team of 2-6 in the effective management of the supply chain through forecasting sales demand, maintaining efficient DC and ship inventory handling purchases, and allocating products to the ships.
